When we use routers at our home or anywhere else, we might be needed to keep some restrictions over internet access. Like limiting hours of use, so that children don’t misuse time, or making some links authentication protected.
Parental control for linksys router provides these kinds of facilities when we use linksys routers. The latest Linksys routers provide built-in Parental controls feature that can be accessed from cisco Linksys router login page, but for old versions Linksys Connect software will help to do these parental controls for linksys routers.
Points for consideration
- The computer being used to setup Parental controls should be connected to the router with an Ethernet cable.
- Set the time zone on your router according to the time zone in your current location.
